At the end of the assessment, participants have a precise map of the skills to use or highlight in order to take on a management position or to develop their managerial approach.
They also know which skills to acquire and how to achieve their goals.
At the end of the process, a confidential and detailed report is delivered, including a mapping of skills and managerial potential, identification of development levers and areas of vigilance, personalized recommendations for building a skills development or job placement path.

Collection phase
Session 1 : Clarifying one's situation and professional challenges
Career path, expatriation context, past responsibilities, managerial expectations and objectives.
Session 2: Identifying your managerial skills
Leadership, communication, decision-making, team management, organization, intercultural adaptation.
Analysis phase
Session 3: Better understanding your management style
Posture, values, motivations, relationship to authority, emotion management and modes of collaboration.
Action plan phase
Session 4: Exploring potential avenues for development
Professions, sectors, positions of responsibility, international mobility, training or professional repositioning.
Session 5: Building your project and action plan
Target project, skills to be developed, areas for improvement, network to be activated and next concrete steps.

Access time: the skills assessment can begin 2 weeks after registration.
Support is available in person, remotely, or in a hybrid format.
TEACHING METHODS
Our consultant will support you while respecting your values and adapting to your evolution.
It offers you concrete educational tools and methods alternating theoretical input and practical application in order to establish a solid action plan throughout the 5 sessions of the skills assessment.
EVALUATION METHODS
The assessment of skills and knowledge takes place during the sessions of phase 3, by putting participants in situations and giving constructive feedback.
