GOALS
Following the assessment, the participant has a clear and structured understanding of their key skills, differentiating strengths, and the levers to capitalize on within their career plan. They also identify the skills to strengthen or develop in order to access more strategic roles, expand their scope of responsibility, or successfully reposition themselves. This process allows them to make informed choices and build a coherent, realistic career development plan tailored to their advanced level of experience.

Duration: 10 hours divided into 5 sessions
Prerequisite: This assessment is for anyone considering a management position or wishing to develop their management style.

PROGRAMME
Collection phase
Session 1: Clarifying one's professional positioning
Career path, level of experience, responsibilities held, current challenges and ambitions for development.
Session 2: Identifying your key skills and differentiating strengths
Business expertise, leadership, strategic vision, ability to influence, management of complex projects or teams.
Analysis phase
Session 3: Analyzing its added value and potential for development
Distinctive strengths, significant achievements, professional posture, performance levers and areas for improvement.
Action plan phase
Session 4: Exploring strategic avenues for development
Positions of responsibility, expansion of scope, repositioning, mobility, entrepreneurship or consulting.
Session 5: Building your progress plan
Target project, skills to be strengthened, priority actions, network to be activated and concrete implementation steps.

Access time: the skills assessment can begin 2 weeks after registration.

EVALUATION METHODS
The assessment of skills and knowledge takes place during the sessions of phase 3, by putting participants in situations and giving constructive feedback.
