We support each participant in identifying and activating the funding solution best suited to their situation, for example:

Personal Training Account (CPF): Our skills assessment is eligible for CPF funding and may be fully or partially financed using the training rights you have accumulated throughout your career.

Employer funding: As part of the company's skills development plan, the employer may cover the cost of the skills assessment, with or without using the employee’s CPF.
Important information: CPF financial contribution
In accordance with Decree No. 2024-394 of April 29, 2024, relating to the Personal Training Account (CPF), a mandatory financial contribution is now required from beneficiaries using their CPF to finance a training course.
Since May 2, 2024, a fixed amount remains payable by the CPF holder when enrolling in training through the Mon Compte Formation platform, except in cases of exemption provided for by regulations (job seekers, additional funding from an employer or an OPCO, etc.).
This regulatory change aims to encourage responsible use of the CPF and applies to all training providers listed on the Mon Compte Formation platform.

France Travail: Job seekers may benefit from full or partial funding, subject to approval by their employment advisor.

Self-funding: It is possible to finance your skills assessment personally, particularly if your CPF rights are insufficient or cannot be used.

Funding for self-employed professionals and business owners: Self-employed workers, liberal professionals, and business owners may apply for funding through their Training Insurance Fund (FAF), depending on their activity (FIF PL, AGEFICE, etc.).

Regional or specific funding schemes: Some regions, professional sectors, or specific situations offer additional or occasional financial assistance.
Access timeframe
The skills assessment can begin two weeks after registration.
The program is available in person, remotely, or in a hybrid format.
TEACHING METHODS
The consultants support you while respecting your values and adapt to your progress.
They provide practical tools and teaching methods combining theoretical input with hands-on exercises to help you build a solid action plan throughout the three phases of the skills assessment.
They also use personality assessments.
ASSESSMENT METHODS
The assessment of skills and knowledge takes place during the sessions of phase 3, by placing participants in practical situations and providing constructive feedback.
