The emotional assessment is an introspective and structured approach that helps you identify your emotions and understand their triggers while learning to regulate them and transform them into strengths.
Practical information
Duration: 10 hours divided into 5 sessions
Prerequisites: the assessment is aimed at anyone wishing to better understand their emotions and develop their emotional intelligence from the age of 16.

Preliminary phase
Session 1: Introduction to the Emotional Assessment
Positioning interview
Self-assessment: Where am I with my emotions? What am I feeling? In my body? What situations trigger them most often? What is my unmet need?
Understanding how the emotional brain works
Investigation phase
Sessions 2-3: Identification and recognition of emotions
Primary and secondary emotions
Observe, welcome and identify your emotions
Identify your emotional strengths and weaknesses
Conclusion phase
Sessions 4-5: Winning strategies for managing and regulating emotions/defining the professional project
Understanding Emotional Triggers
Neurobiology of emotions and the role of the nervous system
Prevention of emotional burnout
Resources and tools used: ACT approach - Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, personality test, scales, EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique, visualization and positive anchoring.
Synthesis and construction of a professional project around behavioral skills (soft skills).

Access times: the emotional skills assessment can begin 2 weeks after registration.
Support is available in face-to-face, remote or hybrid mode.
Teaching methods
Our consultant supports you while respecting your values and adapting to your development.
It offers you concrete teaching tools and methods alternating theoretical contributions and practical applications in order to establish a solid action plan throughout the 5 sessions of the emotional skills assessment.
It also relies on personality tests.
Assessment methods
The assessment of skills and knowledge is carried out during the sessions of phase 3, by putting the participants in situations and giving constructive feedback.
