Personality tests

Impostor syndrome & legitimacy
The Clance Scale is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure impostor syndrome. This syndrome is characterized by a persistent feeling of doubt about one’s legitimacy and skills, even in the presence of objective success, and by the fear of being “exposed” as an impostor.

Brain preferences

The HBDI is a tool designed to identify an individual’s thinking preferences and understand how they process information, solve problems, and interact with others. It distinguishes four thinking modes: analytical, sequential, interpersonal, and imaginative, which reflect natural preferences rather than innate skills or abilities. This test helps individuals gain self-awareness, improve communication and teamwork, and enhance both individual and collective performance. The results reflect your preferences at a given time and are intended to support personal reflection and professional development.

Perceived stress level
The STRESS-INDEX™ test is designed to measure perceived stress levels and how an individual responds to stressful situations in a professional context. It helps identify sources of stress, emotional regulation, and levers to improve resilience and performance.

Defensive ego

The EGO-SHIELD™ test is designed to assess an individual’s tendency to protect their self-esteem in the face of criticism, failure, and stressful situations. It helps identify activated defense mechanisms, their intensity, and their potential impact on performance and collaboration.

Motivation

The M-DRIVE™ is a professional self-assessment tool that measures observable levels of motivation at work. Motivation is the set of internal and external processes that initiate, direct, and sustain behavior toward a specific goal. It determines the intensity, duration, and direction of the effort a person invests in achieving a result.

Strengths
This questionnaire aims to help you better identify your personal strengths. We all have qualities and resources we can rely on, but we are not always aware of them. This test is a way of reflecting on what characterizes you in the way you act, think, and relate to others. It is inspired by the 24 character strengths model from positive psychology (VIA Character Strengths), but in a shorter and more accessible version. At the end, you will obtain your main strengths at the present time. The goal is to reflect on how you can use them concretely in your personal or professional life.

Hypersensitivity
Hypersensitivity is a temperament, a basic disposition, a heightened sensitivity that varies depending on the environment in which a person grew up and lives today. This test is a starting point for better self-understanding.
