Presentation of the methodology

Setting goals
Investigation phase
Session 3 to 6
Resources (skills acquired during the course, emotional assessment, personality tests, values, strengths, brain preferences, motivations)
The brakes (behavioral skills that can limit limiting beliefs, cognitive biases, fears and stress)
Conclusion phase
Sessions 7 to 9
Action plan (mind mapping of projects, required skills, CV and interview workshop, business plan, promotion of professional profile, role-playing, pitch)

Access times: the skills assessment can begin 2 weeks after registration.
Support is available in face-to-face, remote or hybrid mode.
Teaching methods
The consultants support you while respecting your values and adjusting to your development.
They offer you concrete teaching tools and methods alternating theoretical contributions and practical applications in order to establish a solid action plan throughout the 3 phases of the skills assessment.
They also rely on personality tests.
Assessment methods
The assessment of skills and knowledge is carried out during the sessions of phase 3, by putting the participants in situations and giving constructive feedback.
