1. Booking Terms Reservations can be made exclusively through our website or upon request by email or telephone. Each service offers an online calendar allowing you to select available slots. Services concerned: Inter/intra-company training Skills assessments and career guidance Coaching sessions (individual or team) Consulting and audit assignments 2. Booking Confirmation A confirmation is sent by email immediately after the booking is confirmed. For services requiring a quote (consulting assignments, customized training, intra-company training), the booking is considered provisional until the quote is confirmed and an agreement is signed. 3. Payment Terms Payment is possible by credit card, bank transfer, or via financing schemes (CPF, OPCO, etc.). Contact us for any specific needs; our team is available to offer solutions. 4. Changes and Cancellations ➤ By the client: Changes or cancellations are possible free of charge up to 7 business days before the service. Less than 7 days: 50% of the amount due. Less than 48 hours: no refund except in cases of force majeure. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless the training or service has begun with your express consent, in which case this right can no longer be exercised. ➤ By the organization: In the event of cancellation on our part (unavailability, force majeure, etc.), we will offer you a rescheduling or a full refund. 5. Delays and Absences Any delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notification may be considered a cancellation. Unexcused absences will not be refunded. 6.
